Free initial phone consultation to discuss your needs and preferences. Two prenatal visits for in-depth discussions, personalized guidance, and preparation. Informative handouts about labor to empower you with knowledge and understanding. Assistance in creating a comprehensive birth plan that aligns with your wishes and values. Comprehensive postpartum support, including assistance with breastfeeding, newborn care education, and emotional support for the new parent(s). Extended postpartum follow-up visit (1) to provide ongoing support and guidance during the transition into parenthood. In person labor support, ensuring you have guidance and reassurance every step of the way.  This package is designed to provide you with the foundational support and resources you need to navigate your birthing experience with confidence and peace of mind.
